How do you build Discord Communities successfully?

Hi All,

We are building Mozart AI, a music creation software (DAW) with baked in AI Co-Production. Think Cursor for Music Production.

One of the things we are trying to do before we launch here is to create a waitlist and a Discord community. The purpose of this community would be for users to be in close proximity to the makers of the product, asking for features, bug reports, conversations, and just good vibes in general.

Are there any interesting outbound/inbound strategies that have worked for you to blow this community up in a short span of time? Would love to hear how you built your community to its first few members!
