I do think co-founders are super important in a startup. You have to make sure that people working with you are both reliable and capable. For me, I meet my boss through some previous projects that I did with him. During the process, I worked super hard to finish my tasks, which I think showed some of my personalities, and then I got the opportunities after to work in the startup I am doing right now.
