How are job seekers getting hired in this AI-first world?
It feels like everything’s changing from how we write resumes to how we prep for interviews. I'm curious what tools people are using now.
Are AI mock interviews the new norm? Is LinkedIn more important than ever?
If you're job hunting or recently got hired, how are you navigating it all?
Would love to hear what's working (or not).

Such a relevant question, Shantanu. From what I’ve seen recently (especially while hiring for product and content roles), the AI-first shift has changed both how people present themselves and how they prepare.
What’s actually working:
Notion-style portfolios over traditional resumes especially for creative/strategic roles. The best candidates show how they think, not just what they’ve done.
AI-powered prep tools like Voomer or Interview Warmup help, but only when candidates use them to practice structure not memorize generic answers.
LinkedIn is huge, but not just for being “visible”. People who post about their process (projects, failures, learnings) stand out way more than those who just optimize a headline or About section.
Ironically, in an AI-first world, the real edge is showing your human thinking. The candidates we remember are the ones who go beyond polish and show clarity, curiosity, and context.
@priyanka_gosai1 Well said, Priyanka. Honestly, it's less about what tools people use and more about how they use them.
Notion pages, AI mock interviews, LinkedIn posts, they all work when they actually reflect how someone thinks, not just how they want to be seen.
Funny how in an AI-driven world, being real, clear, and curious is what stands out the most.
