for marketing, google sheet and Google doc are powerful and much better than anything else, they are not fancy but work great！ Gsuite is cheap and it gives you all. I tried Trello, Asana and so many other task management tools and they end up useless. Make a to-do list on google Docs and cross them when you complete works just fine.

Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack - a combination of all 4. Probably overkill, but they all serve their purpose.
