First-time builders, what was the hardest part of your launch? 🚀

I’m about to launch my first product soon, and to be honest, juggling everything feels pretty overwhelming right now.

Since I haven’t done this before, I’d love to hear from those of you who have:

  • What was the hardest part when you launched your first product?

  • What mistakes taught you the most?

  • Is there something you wish you knew before your launch?

I’m looking for tips from people who’ve been through it to help me avoid common mistakes and feel more confident going in.

The hardest thing is to launch on the same day as a giant product and not take a good place. If you launch on a day when there are no large projects, it immediately gives a good boost to the chance

@ixord this is really solid advice. What is the best way to check what other big launches are scheduled for a given day?

@brandonbuilds Luck will help, it happens that it launches and after a couple of hours a giant product also launches and deprives you of your positions.
