Sidebar Question; I'm trying to build a Chatbot to supplement a Kickstarter resource I'm building that has 10 modules from idea to launch. I've tried ChatGPT but it constantly veers beyond my specific content and ad-libs it's own responses. I'm not confident that it will provide the specific information I'm trying to share and I don't what to throw more time into this if the results are the same for all my modules. My customer service Chatbot by https://zipchat.ai/ learned all my FAQs and only responds back to customers within the framework of the criteria I provided. How can I achieve the same result for a chatbot for my Kickstarter resource?
