Most of the time I don't leave the content entirely in the hands of the AI, but rather ask them for an outline of their structure on the topic and then I write the content myself.
This combination can be a good way to find a balance between reality and AI.
For now, I am trying to come up with MY TEXT FIRST.
When I am not certain about facts, I will ask ChatGPT for examples and sources.
"Construction" of the message is up to me.
The final thing I do is proofread grammar with AI. (I use especially Grammarly for this purpose.)

Content generated by AI cannot be guaranteed to be authentic without human intervention. So it must be manually reviewed. I usually let AI inspire me, rather than letting AI create content at will. Then I combine the inspiration given by AI with my own insights, write content, and let AI help me polish it. I think this is the best AI workflow at present.
