Can I use Twitter as marketing channel without audience & Pro version?

I launched https://startuputils.com/ and after few days I see I get most of the traffic from sources like IndieHackers, Reddit, ProductHunt, etc. From posting on Twitter I get like 1 like, almost 0 traffic. Does any of you run a successful Twitter promotion with a little audience and without paying for a Pro Twitter version that boosts your content...?
