Anyone willing to use a niche social media automation management tool?

I've been researching automated social media management tools recently, and I've used some that aren't well-known, but I've actually had a very good experience with them. But I feel like they're only used in a small circle, and people are still more willing to use mainstream tools.

Are there any areas that you'd like to see improved when using automated social media management tools? What kind of features do you prefer?
