15% of the users said "there are no features that interest me". What should I do?

Hello everyone: Let me first introduce my troubles. I'm currently starting a business and working on an AI - related image project. Recently, we've been conducting an internal test. We recruited 30 users from the R community to use our product for free. To avoid any suspicion of advertising, I won't mention the product name. The functions are roughly as follows.

“Explore Your Art Effects”“Real-time Facial Animation”“Muscle UP Magic”"Change Hair Color""Face Comes Alive"“Get Your Guardian Spirit”“AI Photo Generator”

About five of our users said "there are no features that interest them". I want to take improvement actions immediately. The only trouble is whether I should add features to satisfy these customers or just focus on the 85% of users who like our product. Our team attaches great importance to user feedback. What should I do?

There's always going to be a segment of users who doesn't want what you're building, and no number of features is going to win them over. If they don't have strong interest in any new features from you, then you can't keep them. I would focus on two user segments:

  1. People who love the product

  2. People who resemble people in the first group (i.e., people who see the same benefits but don't love your product yet)

Try to figure out what's blocking them from loving the product.
