GAIA is a personal AI assistant that boosts your productivity by automating your digital life, from emails and tasks to goals, calendars, docs, and more — all handled proactively, just like a real assistant.
Co-founder of GAIA here. Super excited to finally share what we’ve been building. It’s something we’ve always wished existed: a truly proactive AI assistant (think Iron Man’s Jarvis) that feels personal and doesn’t just talk but actually gets sh*t done.
For v0 we have built a ton of features:
Proactive Automation - GAIA scans your emails and notifications to summarize, label, and draft replies without your intervention. It detects appointments and automatically adds them to your calendar.
Manage all your goals, to-dos, projects, emails, and calendars in one place. No more jumping between apps!
Goal Tracking - Just state a goal like "Learn Python!" and GAIA breaks it into actionable steps, collects relevant resources, and helps visualize your progress.
Personalization – GAIA remembers your context, preferences, and routines, so it can help proactively, not just reactively. The more you talk to it, the more helpful it becomes.
Works natively with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) with GitHub, Microsoft Teams, Figma, and Notion coming soon.
Custom Workflows - Set up recurring reminders and personalized daily digests that run automatically.
We’ll be spending the coming weeks fixing bugs, improving stability, and doubling down on what matters most: your feedback. At the same time, here’s what we’re planning to build next:
Habit tracking & daily goals (with a GitHub-style heatmap)
Superhuman-style GAIA Mail
Voice mode with wake word + calling
WhatsApp, SMS & call support
More Google Workspace integrations (Contacts, Maps, Forms, Photos, etc.)
MCP-based plugin marketplace (Notion, Figma, GitHub, Linear, Slack, and more)
Reflection + memory features to help users improve over time
and more!
This is still just the beginning, and while we’re super excited (and a little nervous) to finally open the doors, we know it’s not perfect yet. GAIA is launching in public beta, which means some things might break, some edges might be rough, but that’s exactly why we need you.
Your feedback, ideas, and honest takes will help us shape GAIA into the assistant we have always envisioned.
You can share your support through the website (there's a button on the sidebar on the left) or even request a feature here: https://gaia.featurebase.app/
We're a small rag tag team of university students who have a burning passion for building. We really appreciate your support, it means the most to us.
Gaia is something we genuinely love using every day. It's simple, less painful, and actually works. We're rigorously working to make it even more helpful for people’s daily lives. The love we've received so far has been incredible and this is just the beginning. We’d love for you to give it a try and let us know what you think!
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm one of the co-founders of GAIA. We've built a simple but powerful AI assistant that helps you manage emails, calendars, and goals all in one place. It’s early, and we’re still figuring things out, but we’d love your thoughts and feedback as we keep improving 💙
my workday typically involves toggling between google docs, emails, and calendar. managing them all from one dashboard is appealin but how does it handle context across docs and goals when connected to gmail and google sheets?
Whoa, an AI that juggles my email, calendar AND tasks? That's basically my daily chaos in one place. Does it play nice with Gmail and Google Calendar out of the box?
👍 I have intense daily needs around email, task management, and calendar coordination—juggling all three usually means switching between 3–4 tools. Gaia feels like it finally brings them together in a way that makes sense. The interface is fast, the command bar is a game changer, and it just fits into how I think and work. Seriously impressive—this solves a real productivity pain.
@vladzima Hey Vlad! I'd love to hear more about the issues you're facing. Please send me a mail to my personal email aryan@heygaia.io and I'll look into it right away :)
I'm also launching recallio.ai soon on PH and had this idea I wanted to share with you - I think you will love it! What if GAIA could remember everything for each user - automatically? Imagine if your assistant knew every goal a user set last month, every doc they edited, and every conversation they had, with zero reconfiguration. Scoped, persistent memory makes this possible.
So it would let your AI assistant:
Recall user-specific context like preferences, past tasks, or meetings - across sessions and tools.
Seamlessly rehydrate context into your flows: “Remind me what I said about Q3 goals” just works.
Keep memory tidy: auto-expire logs, segment by workspace, and control what’s remembered.
And you don’t need to build your own infra because Recallio is a drop-in memory layer built for products, not just infra teams. While others offer memory as a backend bolt-on, it offers:
Scoped, exportable memory per user/team/task
Semantic recall + summarization baked in
Vendor-agnostic API-works with any LLM
I still think GAIA is already brilliant. With memory, it becomes unforgettable.
Hit me up if all this make sense and want to see how GAIA + Recallio could work?

$10/month or $900/year?
Looks like a mistake on pricing page.
Anyway $10/month is quite reasonable.
Congrats on the launch!

@michael_vavilov Thanks for catching that, it’s definitely a mistake on our end 😅
Should be $10/month & $90/year, not $900. We've fixed it!
Appreciate the kind words and support!
I think this brings the AI assistant one step closer to Jarvis in Iron Man
I’m looking for a good AI assistant and happy to see Gaia with tasks and goals integrated. Cheers to the team for building it!
