I use the EQX ONE app, also powered by Future, which they built in partnership with Equinox.

Pros:

Awesome onboarding process & they loan you an Apple Watch so you can track your workouts. My coach, Renee, is a great motivator.

Cons:

Android app would be helpful. Had to dig out a spare iPhone for now!

Can these workouts be done from home? At $150 a month it'd be hard to justify a gym membership as well!

@jessieechen yes, they can work with you to program based on the equipment you have. For instance, the EQX ONE app, also powered by Future, takes advantage of the Equinox classes I can go to. For instance, my trainer can put in the yoga class I like for recovery days.

Probably one of the more expensive fitness subscriptions i have seen at $150 a month, but they do send you out an apple watch

@aaronoleary I would definitely compare it more to a personal trainer (~$70-100/session) than a fitness app.

I run a virtual fitness studio now and it's always interesting to see other people's take on the execution. I do think the $150/mo is on the higher side, however they're offering 1-1 training. Just b/c it's online doesn't take away from the quality of the workout you can potentially get. I also like the visuals. Tracking is another selling point to any online training program.

When do you receive the Apple Watch ? I haven’t received any updates about it since subscribing.

looks interesting and considering trying it out... I only workout at home with some dumbbells and kettlebells so not sure if it will work for me. What kind of equipment do I need?
