👋 Hi everyone! I’m Bobby, cofounder at FundStory.
FundStory makes it easy to access and manage multiple forms of non-dilutive capital, helping finance teams navigate all of the new funding options we're seeing today.
As a second-time founder, this is something I'm really passionate about. Not every tech business is a good fit for venture capital, and now more than ever there are new non-dilutive alternatives. This is a net positive for the ecosystem, but can be complex for startups to navigate.
With FundStory, your finance team doesn’t have to rely on spreadsheets to track payments and the cost of capital for all your term loans, tax credits, revenue share, etc.
Instead, you can manage multiple funding options and future funding all-in-one platform. It'll also help you better understand the qualification standards for different funding providers as well.

This is such an important product for every business owner! I wish I had an access to something like this 10 years ago when I started building my retail startup! I had to do all the math manually, now with a product like FundStory it becomes a walk in the park.

Non-dilutive capital is something that all founders should take advantage of, not just boostrappers. Bobby and his team are making an incredible contribution to the world with what I see as an essential tool for any savvy founder looking to retain equity and optimize thier cap table.
