I've actually had my eye on fundhomes for a while! Funnily enough I actually signed up yesterday and was hoping that i'd see more properties but just saw the one in Florida. Am i missing something? And/or when do you plan to add more properties?

Thanks so much for keeping up with us - our Florida property is the first we are launching, but over the next few weeks we will be announcing some new opportunities as well. We’re looking at California, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and other places. Any locations of particular interest to you?

Very interesting, but here its said about 100$ and on the website help page its said you can start with 50$, furthermore, there is no visible plan accessible how high the revenue will be, only after signup, and even not clear, whether its legal for all countries or US only, because you buy a share of a LLC.

I know a lot of people who have been trying to do tokenized real estate, or equity crowdfunding through tokens, which is great...Except for the fact that not everybody feels comfortable using blockchain to do these transactions. You guys have made it so that If I don't have enough saved up to invest in real estate on my own, I don't have to miss out.

We had some extra stuff. One idea for you:
Make a referral program for active investors. If I own part of a house and am a blogger, for example, I could attract bookings and increase my equity, or just get extra payouts.
