As a frontend dev, I like the decentralization between communities so that each community can have their own culture and process while maintaining productivity and still finding opportunities across different communities. Way better over the traditional process of first meeting, culture fit screening, trial and going straight to finding commonalities and starting a new collaboration. You got my vouch
