@nikkielizdemere For now, we evaluate whether this review is good or bad. But plans for this year include expanding sentiment-based accounting and even for each review a list will be formed of what exactly needs to be done to make the review more positive and what the company needs to work on
This product is super interesting! I was wondering, besides sentiment analysis, can it also categorize reviews? Sometimes there are just too many reviews, and it would be really convenient to sort them by type. For example, by frequently mentioned keywords, feature requests, etc.
