Currently, customers are using this to automate discovery and onboarding calls. Additionally, we're developing a co-pilot feature—a human-in-the-loop sales call setup—where the bot focuses solely on product demos.

Yes, of course. It collects feedback and can be integrated into customer support. In fact, once you train the agent, it becomes as knowledgeable as a product manager. It's up to your team to decide how the agent should interact. The flow varies from sales to onboarding to customer support, with each flow having different levels of detail and depth based on your business needs.
Regarding security and privacy concerns, the security of your information is a top priority for us at Fluidworks. We employ robust measures to ensure that all data on our platform is protected according to industry standards. This includes encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest, stringent access controls, and regular security audits. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data throughout its lifecycle with us. We only use the data necessary for the agent to function.
What is your onboarding like, or going to be like? How will the agent keep learning as your customers' product evolves?
Consider our agent as an SDR. Like an SDR, you provide it with training data, and it will learn the product. Onboarding is primarily based on data from sales calls, onboarding calls, and other product information. When you have an update, share it with the agent, and it will relearn the application just like a human. The sales team should perform a verification call to ensure the agent operates according to the expected use case.

Given that sales demos can make or break a product, having accurate information shared during the demo is crucial. How do you ensure that there is minimal inaccuracy in the responses made by your AI agent? Also, what kind of training data is needed here?
@naomigarcia Great question, Naomi! We train our agent on previous sales calls, onboarding sessions, and FAQs. So, technically, if a question or demo has been asked before, our agent should be able to demonstrate or answer it. Our agent is also familiar with almost all UI elements and utilizes them. When we receive a question, we use a dynamic state machine with LLM to determine how to demonstrate it. We're still in day zero. Try out our demo and share your feedback!

Our Agent is trained using sales and onboarding call data, comprehending every UI element and its functions. When faced with a recurring question, it responds accordingly. For new queries, it dynamically generates a state machine to demonstrate software functionality based on the question.
