Hello PH! 👋

Flowmo is a flexible focus timer based on the Flowtime Technique, a flexible Pomodoro variant: work x minutes, take x/5 minutes break.

The problem with classical Pomodoro is that we often finish our work early or the task takes longer than 25 minutes, resulting in interruptions by the alarm. Flowmo addresses this by offering flexibility, ensuring you stay in the flow state while maintaining the 5:1 work-break ratio.

Features
• 🕒 Flowtime Timer: Work 50 minutes, take 10 minutes break; work 120 minutes, take 24 minutes break.
• 📋 Task List: Select a task when focus to stay monotasked. Todoist integration available.
• 📊 Focus Report: Provide daily / weekly / yearly stats for enhanced productivity insights.
• ⚙️ Customizable Options: Tweak the work and break ratio to fit your needs.

Hey Max, I've always found the rigid 25-minute blocks a bit restrictive. How do you prevent users from potentially overworking themselves without the strict time limits? It'd be interesting to see data on how this flexible approach affects overall productivity compared to traditional Pomodoro. Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin Great point, Kyrylo. You're right, there's a trade-off between flexibility and preventing overwork. Our approach lets users decide their own rhythms, but I think it would be great to add gentle reminders to encourage breaks. I'll consider adding this in the future!

This looks amazing, @m4xshen! I love the approach you’ve taken with Flowmodor by addressing the common pitfalls of the traditional Pomodoro method. The flexibility to adjust work and break times really resonates with those of us who often find ourselves in the zone for longer stretches. Integrating a task list and a focus report is a game-changer for productivity tracking! It would be great to see how the Todoist integration works—definitely a must-have for many users. Looking forward to the mobile app and any future features you have planned. Will there be an AMA soon? I have some ideas on how to enhance the UX even further. Keep up the great work, and here’s to shipping more updates!
