I think all browsers should have this. It works like a charm. Sometimes I like a website design, I can save it for future reference. (but I believe that this is not the main function)

Pros:

Love the fact that I can take screenshots by the webpage elements! I can highlight the elements with mouse, and it's saved as an image!

Cons:

Unavailability of keyboard shortcuts is a major blocker.
