Love that Fellow doesn’t train its model on my data—huge win for compliance. When I set a Zoom call to “internal-only,” do the recordings inherit the same invite list automatically, or do I still need to assign permissions inside Fellow afterwards? Also, any plan to add granular roles (e.g., read-only vs. comment) so sales can share snippets with prospects without exposing the whole transcript?

The compliance-ready features immediately stand out to me. I’ve worked on projects where meeting data handling was a headache, so having encryption, audit logs, and 90-day request logging built in is a big plus.

I can see this being really useful for automating post-meeting workflows. Triggering specific actions when certain keywords come up in a transcript could save me a lot of manual follow-up.

I appreciate that you’ve included speaker timestamps and structured notes. It makes it so much easier to pull out relevant context instead of wading through entire transcripts.
The combination of contextual metadata and REST endpoints makes this feel really flexible. I’m already thinking of ways to integrate it with dashboards for ongoing project tracking.
Congratulations on your API launch! 🎉 This looks like a comprehensive solution for enterprise teams. I'm curious - what's the typical integration time for teams to get up and running with the API? And do you provide any specific SDKs or just REST endpoints?
Dumb question: is the data locally stored? Or how does it work en ensuring data privacy? :)
Hey,
Congrats on going live, I supported, our page is live today as well and your look would help.
It looks great!

Wow, an AI meeting assistant that actually puts security first? That’s huge—my company’s been super cautious about data leaks lately. Does it work with encrypted video calls too?
Fellow.ai is a standout in the AI meeting assistant space. What truly sets it apart is its unwavering focus on security and privacy, a critical factor for any team handling sensitive meeting data. Knowing that the AI is never trained on your information and that recordings, notes, and summaries stay accessible only to the right people brings immense peace of mind.
Finally, an AI meeting assistant that respects boundaries. Fellow records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings with enterprise-grade privacy baked in. No data training, full control, seamless integrations. Smart, secure, and built for teams that care.
Hands down: one of the very best business tools ever used.
Absolute favorite - recommended it dozens of times, unsolicited.
I'm usually skeptical / critical but this is 10/10
