Mindful Meetings — Add a 2min guided meditation to any video call
Back-to-back video calls stressing you out? Give yourself (and everyone else attending your next meeting) a chance to pause by adding a 2min guided audio meditation before entering the call. Works with whatever video software you use.

Love the concept and didn't mind providing a meeting URL to test v1 of this, but longterm I wouldn't go back and edit meeting invites to include the new Spill link. Feels like it would be better as an extension for Meet/Zoom.

Hey, a great idea, but I have one concern about the UI design of the meditation page. I'm not sure you've deliberately chose to go with a split layout, but it kind of breaks the focus during meditation with a huge countdown section. I thought promoting the circle animation into a more primary level and putting the countdown into a secondary hierarchy would work better.
Still, a great idea, will share this with my co-workers. Thank you!

This is super useful. Definitely a good way to recharge from back to back Zoom calls. Congrats on the launch!

It's an interesting idea, I have just a small objection to this copy text "We’ll send people to your meeting link via a short guided meditation, which they do individually." Can it be made clearer, also for not English native speakers, like me? If I did not know what your product does in advance, I would struggle to understand it :/

We've also added a couple of other options, including an 'angry meditation' and an option to just chill out for 2mins
After feeling the toll of back-to-back video calls ourselves at Spill, we built something to help us take a breather between meetings and arrive less stressed and more present. We've been using it loads internally, so now opening it up in beta version to the PH community! Any feedback or ideas for how we can take it further? I'd love to hear them.
You guys found a way of making such a big blast with this small feat. Congrats, it looks great!

LOVE this! Nothing fancy but really works. We need those little nudges around our daily habits and this fits in perfectly and makes you show up to meetings with more energy just when you need it!
