Congratulations on the launch! What would you say is the main difference between this app and the native macOS text shortcuts (Preferences -> Keyboard -> Text tab)?
Manish Jain
@semanser Nice question. The text tab has just a very basic feature and it does not work with all the apps. Like it won't work with xcode. It just gives you one option to be typed and you have to type the exact shortcut. Fast Text is very robust and have several features. If you have t1 and t11 as shortcuts starting with #t will list all for easy access. Fast Text have many predefined snippets for dynamic content like dates, etc. You can create groups and add snippets and keep them separate per project, or any other classification. You can download and test the product which is free to try and I'm sure you will notice the difference since you are already aware of Text tab in keyboard settings. Let me know if you have more questions! Thanks!

Hi Manish, How customizable are the text snippets, and can they include dynamic elements like dates or user-specific data? Congrats on the launch!
Manish Jain
@kyrylosilin Fast Text already have inbuilt snippets for Dates. Like "Last day of this month", "First day of next month", "Yesterday", Tomorrow", X Days ago, next and many more. Feel free to ask for more feature you need and will be happy to work upon. Thanks!

Hi @wisetechlabs! Fast Text sounds like a game-changer for macOS productivity! ๐Ÿ˜ The feature to create custom shortcuts for frequently used text snippets is brilliant. Can't wait to try it out and save time on repetitive typing. Does it support syncing snippets across multiple devices? Keep up the amazing work! ๐Ÿ˜„
Manish Jain
@abhra_ch It does not support syncing snippets across multiple devices at the moment. The next version will allow exporting of snippets from one system and those can be easily imported in the new macOS system. Stay Tuned! Thanks!

Fast Text is one of those apps that I didn't realize I needed until I tried it, and now it's helped me speed up my work by just typing snippets instead of having to manually type phrases I frequently use or select special characters from the Character Viewer. I know there are shortcut keys for that, but they're hard to remember! I find this so much easier to use, and I can customize and even create my own as I want. I strongly recommend this app!
