With Chart Builder, you can create different charts, including less-used ones like Sankey and Bubble Charts. 💬 Commenting: You can now leave comments on stories in a Google Docs-style format! You can add text, audio, and video comments to present your stories asynchronously or to start conversations and get feedback from other users. 📒 Dictionary of Metrics: Our dictionary enables users to track and share the definitions of organizational metrics with the team. @patrick_udeh hi! Thanks for the support and question - we offer an opt out period for companies not ready to try our product. All of our competitors in the space force you into multi year deals worth $100k’s and charge per employee (bad for high growth companies) so we’re already bucking the trend with our pricing model. Congrats team! Great product and extremely important for employer's today. Have you considered pre-made report templates that automatically track performance across pre-defined metrics that are held constant across different companies (i.e., across different companies vs. within groups of the same company)? Standardizing could be helpful to compare across different organizations for potential investors, especially as ESG guidelines and reporting becomes more formalized.

@robxhe24 thanks!! this is an amazing idea - one of the next big challenges is to create cross company benchmarks and start to standardize so companies can truly evaluate themselves. The biggest issue is the reluctance of companies to share data that isn't "perfect" to the public so there needs to be an opt-in. We're working on something big here so stay tuned ;-)

Have you considered pulling claims data (medical, rx, vision, or dental) for self-insured employers to get an overview of health spend and cost drivers?

@brian_kong1 thanks for the support! It's a well kept secret but we actually incorporate benefits data into our platform already -- we have yet to do claims data but if there are APIs to these data sources we can 100% connect. thanks for the great suggestion!
