It’s been a busy few months at Kona. We got a lot of love and learnings from our last ProductHunt launch. I’m happy to say we’ve finally built all the features managers asked for!

We had a lot of growing to do since our last launch. Our first version was slower and clunkier, without much support for departments. Now we’re finally at a place where we can make cultural change at entire organizations and companies. That’s super exciting!

@michelle_fang2 Thanks Michelle! Honestly there are way too many — but if I had to pick one, it would be more extensive trend reporting on our new web dashboard. Our customers are really excited about this one, so by extension, so are we!
I love the brand style on this launch its so friendly and welcoming! My current startup is just approaching its 6th teammate and given we're all working remote I can see the need for this becoming more and more obvious. What stage of companies do you feel Kona is the best fit for right now in terms of product focus?
Kona has come so far from the early days of just the three of you running around Startup UCLA with a barebones slack app. The UI looks so clean, and now that we're growing our team soon, Pearl is definitely going to start using it! Every team is going to need a Kona.

Kona is a lifesaver for distributed teams that have broad time zone differences. How in the world can you stay connected across those distances? Kona can prompt you daily to share a little of yourself, and then the habit can grow to true team transparency and psychological safety. What a great team, what a great tool: I’m incredibly grateful for the joy Kona has brought to the teams I’ve lead remotely.
We are huge fans of Kona at Aircall and it's been a critical piece of growing a happy and high-functioning team nearly 3x over the last 18 months with everyone remote. As we prepare to come back to the office as a hybrid team Kona is going to remain an integral part of our team's operating system to ensure team wellness & happiness, cohesion, and communication with part of the team in-office and part of team full remote.

This is rad! As a first-time founder, I had no idea of the importance of consistent team mental health check-ins until months in. I feel like similar to technical debt, you can also have mental debt that builds up and gets worse overtime. Love how your product easily incorporates these check-ins in a fun and consistent way.
