This seems like a great add for your product.
I'm a little confused as to the pricing and model. Looks like its an associated but separate product. And at $159 its cheaper than your base sign-in product.
I feel like it should all be part of one product and then just maybe a slight charge upgrade.
Don't get me wrong, get whatever price you can... it just seems like the continued evolution of Envoy that is more premium features and more lock-in to your brand.... which doesn't speak to a "separate" product priced individually at that level??
@jeremyz123 Hi Jeremy! We built Deliveries as a separate product because we realize that not every office needs Deliveries, nor does every office need Visitor Registration. You can sign up for either one individually or both, based on the needs of your particular office.
@bigcountrycrane I get though... though that would ultimately speak to my point on pricing.... where it woudl seem to me like perhaps you have the base price of $99/month [or whatever it is], which gets you 1 product (either one if you only need one), then a $20 upcharge to get the other (if you need both).
But absolutely if you can get more, get more, lol.
Has your team considered other use cases? I run a mailbox/shipping center and this would be an awesome way to alert our users when they have packages at our office. Just needs that text message option :)
Also, if alerted by text, would the user be able to see the images of their packages?
From 'last mile delivery' to 'last few meters delivery' which has a lot of friction from what I have seen in offices. Look forward to using it at some point!
So cool! I've lost multiple packages over the years at larger companies due to the lack of communication/notifications. This would've def solved that problem!
