After a couple of weeks of using this app, I bought the lifetime membership they offered. I use it for sleep every night, and it blocks out the noise of other residents and cars. I have found other scenarios incredibly beneficial as well. I recommend it to my patients (I am a psychologist), including those with ADHD. I love that it is backed by science, expanded upon by enthusiastic researchers who are eager to hear users’ suggestions, and that it has visuals that add to the effects. It’s in my top 5 apps all time, maybe even #1.
