Ask them for their opinion, improvement suggestions, or even capture their name and email address.
They can even highlight specific elements on your website, so you can find and fix issues a lot quicker.
All of the responses can then be found on a clear, simplified dashboard, where you can organise and add comments, so no feedback slips through the cracks.
