Emojify streamlines the way you handle emojis in Slack. Whether you need to bulk upload, list, change aliases, rename, or delete emojis, this app makes it all possible with just a few clicks.
Hey Hunters 👋
I built a Slack app that lets you:
- bulk upload emojis 😀
- lists all the emojis in the organization 🙂
- lets you remove the custom emoji quickly from a home tab 😄
- GIF support and more features coming soon 💪
It can be installed on an enterprise grid in Slack.
I would love to know your thoughts :)
Janez
Congrats for the launch 🚀
This app is set to bring joy to many users. I'm excited to see how the GIF support will shape up.
Thanks for sharing it with everyone!
Congrats on launching Emojify! 🎉 I’m really intrigued by how it streamlines emoji management in Slack. The ability to bulk upload and change aliases seems like a real game-changer for keeping our channels organized and fun.
I would love to know if there are any plans to integrate with other platforms in the future, or perhaps add a feature for users to create custom emoji sets? That could really elevate the user experience!
Looking forward to seeing how Emojify evolves! Keep up the great work!
@allen_xu1130 Hey Allen, thank you for your support. Custom emoji sets do sound fun, any particular you currently use and would love to see in the app?
This sounds awesome, @janez_cadez! 😃 I'm curious about the bulk upload feature—how does it handle emoji files? Are there any limits on the file sizes or types we can upload? Also, for those of us managing a larger workspace, will there be any built-in analytics to track emoji usage? Excited to see how this can enhance our Slack UX!
@lambert1998 Thank you Lambert! Files are uploaded via the Slack's built-in UI and are limited to 10MB per file, 10 files total.
Really interesting idea about the analytics, how would the analytics data help you if it would be presented in the app?
Hey Janez,
Does it offer any analytics on emoji usage within an organization?
For companies with strict branding guidelines, is there a way to restrict uploads to only approved emojis?
Congrats on the launch!
Janez, your Slack app sounds like a super fun and practical tool for anyone looking to manage emojis in bulk! The ability to bulk upload, list, and quickly remove custom emojis is a huge time-saver, especially for teams that love using emojis to add personality to their communication. Adding GIF support sounds like an exciting feature to look forward to as well!
Congratulations on the launch of Emojify! This tool significantly enhances emoji management in Slack, boosting productivity. Are there plans to extend support to other messaging platforms or add advanced features like emoji analytics?
Congrats on launching Emojify! I'm really excited about how this tool is going to simplify emoji management in Slack for teams. It's such an essential part of communication, and having the ability to bulk upload and easily rename emojis is a game-changer.
I’m particularly intrigued by the feature that allows for changing aliases; it’s always a hassle when an emoji doesn’t quite fit its purpose anymore. Have you considered adding a way to categorize or group emojis for even easier access?
Looking forward to seeing how Emojify evolves! Keep up the great work!
Cool idea! As someone who loves using emojis in Slack, this could be a real time-saver. One thing that might make it even better is a feature to suggest relevant emojis based on message context. Also, it'd be awesome if you could sync custom emojis across different Slack workspaces. Keep up the good work! 👍
@andyroamer Thank you Huang for your suggestions. The app is installed on the Enterprise grid for the whole organisation, custom emojis should be visible across the workspaces when the app is installed.
Hello Janez,
Thank you for introducing Emojify to the Product Hunt community. The ability to streamline emoji management within Slack, especially with functionalities like bulk uploading, listing, and deleting emojis, is a much-needed feature for many organizations. It's impressive to see an app that addresses these specific needs with such efficiency. The upcoming support for GIFs also sounds promising and adds another layer of engagement for users.
Looking forward to seeing how Emojify evolves and how it can further enhance our Slack experience.
Best regards.
