After months of work, we've released a complete rebuild of elevio from the ground up. We've also been able to get some awesome stats on usage over the past couple of months that actually surprised us just how well elevio was working, and we've been able to get some marquee clients. We'd love to hear your feedback and answer any questions you have, fire away! For a bit of fun, you can see a demo of how Product Hunt would look with elevio installed here (it's the red tab): http://app.elev.io/preview?url=h... Thanks!

@duellsy This is great Chris. Bringing the key areas like site status, documentation & live chat together in a non-obtrusive manner makes it easy for visitors to get the key tasks done. I love how it looks, not too big & customisable colours to fit with the branding.
Chris Duell
@fredrivett thanks, we really wanted to focus on getting everything a user needed to succeed at their fingertips, while still being unobtrusive

@duellsy love the product, but I wish that the price were a little more realistic for small businesses and individuals.

Cool App :) Can I add a comment for a specific page /zone from a page. For example if I want to comment that i like the header of page x?
Chris Duell
@bogomep not specifically, but you could add the comments module and allow people to use that to send their feedback on any particular page

@elevioapp this looks awesome! How much customization do I have over it? I can really see myself adding this to my own sites as well as suggesting it to my clients.
Chris Duell
@elevioapp @itsthisjustin thanks! You've got a fair bit of control over the main elements of it's display, like it's location, color, theme, which modules you want loaded (you pick and choose) etc. If there's some styling you specifically want, you can override the styles as you see fit, which is what @canva have done with their installation

I was checking the "Who are you?" section for e-commerce and my feeling was full of questions after reading the text because the 6 text blocks there only say "problem => Elevio helps you" but how? With what features? This text "66% of people abandon their cart because the process is too slow or complicated, elevio can help drop this." can be a great example. Elevio can help drop this but how?
Chris Duell
@johntheoak When you install elevio on your site, users interact with the widget to learn how to use your product better. This has the net effect of increasing user engagement and retention, and lowering bounce rates and support load. Thanks for the feedback, looks like we need to explain things a little better!

This is a brilliant product. Instead of ruining my site's design by putting different widgets all over it, elev.io simply collects them neatly into one side of the website. Love it!
Matt Trimarchi
@mohitmamoria thanks for the feedback! We are definitely trying to reduce tab bloat and get everything into one non obtrusive widget.

Hi @duellsy - have you seen any of your customers use this for internal knowledge management - not so much a how-to? But as a place to store customer personas, research, market insights, etc?
Alex Panagis
This looks like a really great product, and I hope to be able to use it on an upcoming project. :)
