@nogahsenecky There’s a big difference. There’s no comparison between human proofreading capabilities and machine-based proofreading capabilities. Test this yourself on several different documents and see the results.

Here is my upvote. I have been using Grammarly lately to help me catch my mistakes and now eAngel looks equally interesting. I imagine it works better, because texts are checked by other human beings. And that brings a question - how confidential is it?

Firstly, our Angels (proofreaders) don’t see who sent the text, they don’t see the subject of the email and they don’t see the attached files, so it protects your identity.
Secondly, all of them are committed to the confidentiality, legally.
I've tried this for my wordpress blogs and it works like a charm! I love the fact that there's a gmail plugin, perfect to send great emails. I do recommend it to everybody who needs a little help to send good emails. For business people, it's a must!
I think this is an interesting concept. From the video it sounds like an email is sent to eangel which then corrects and forwards it along to the intended recipient. How do you manage the email To / Reply trail then?

Interesting concept, even if it's not new - I've not previously heard of it.
My 3 biggest concerns with this sort of service would be:
1) How fast does my email get to the recipient?
2) Confidentiality is covered in your promo vid, but, who actually sees my stuff?
3) Repercussions of being 'discovered' using such a service.
Point 2 for me is the biggest objection, I run a business. A big chunk of my emails are exclusively around legal, money and clients. How would my clients feel if they ever discovered my emails were being intercepted by an external party?
That said, I might not be the ideal customer for this as I'm using email less and less (by choice) and most of my email comms are high-level (hence confidentiality concerns).

Regarding response times - these are live and are published on our website. We're talking about a few minutes on average.
As far as confidentiality, our Angels (proofreaders) don’t see who sent the text, they don’t see the subject of the email and they don’t see the attached files, so it protects your identity. Besides that, all of them are committed to the confidentiality, legally. Using our service is as safe as using Gmail, using iCloud, using Streak CRM or any other service. If you want, you can always hide from your email the most sensitive secrets (using our Save in Drafts mode), and then add them back before sending the text to the actual recipient. When you add our Gmail extension, while composing the email, press our eAngel logo and choose 'Save in Drafts'.

Do you support all languages?

I have used eAngel multiple times in the last couple of months and I am really happy with this service. Response time is fantastic - I usually get my emails proofread within 5-20 minutes and the corrections are spot on. Saved me time and makes my client comm way more professional .. highly recommended!
@yanivgoldenberg Our median response time which is published on our website, is 4.5 minutes. This is the median time it takes us to start working on a task.

Furthermore, our price depends on the quality of your original text: if you have a better level of English you pay less than someone who needs more help and has a lower level of English. Their corrections are always accurate, and they allow you to see all of the changes that were made. The site is very simple to use. You can't beat the pricing and quick service. Definitely recommend this site for proofreading.
Pros:One of the best things about eAngel.me is how fast they start proofreading your email or paper and how fast they return it.
Cons:There is nothing negative I can say about this company.
@amy_guo Hi Amy, yes, you have that option. After you install the browser extension, and you compose a new email, right next to 'Send with eAngel' you have our settings button (see our logo). In the settings you can choose 'Place in Drafts'. After correction, the corrected copy will appear in your drafts. You can then review it and modify it as you wish. When you're done, you press Send - and that's it. If you want to correct .docx files, you can do it here: https://eangel.me/proofread-word... - or, even better, use our Word add-in.
@elyawp Because we want to keep prices low, we don't do double proofreading by default. However, if you would like your document checked a second time, simply send back the corrected text you've received from eAngel and we'll do another round of proofreading. If enough customers request double proofreading, we'll add it as an option.
