Drift Help is a simple and FREE help center that automates your support with chatbots that read your help documentation and provide real-time answers to your customer's questions on chat.
They say the best sales reps are helpful and personal. Drift has been working on helping sales reps become more personal for a while. Now, they're helping sales team become more helpful by automating their support. The Drift team is announcing today the Drift Help Center - a simple and powerful way to automate your support by making beautiful documentation that's easy to create. Best of all, Drift's bot automatically crawls it so you can provide real-time answers to questions over chat. Oh... and it's completely FREE.
@craigdaniel Awesome, nice work! This looks great.
fwiw, I started as a Drift customer because you had a free tier, but left because this feature was missing. I would have stayed if it was there and since I no longer qualify for your free tier, you should see a good bump in conversion rates.
When the bot suggests the right answer for a question typed into chat (and it shows an article I made), it feels like magic.
The interface is so simple, if you have ever made a Medium post, you’ll feel right at home.
Its more important than ever these days to get your customer (current and future) to where they want to go faster.
We’re moving a whole bunch of website content to Drift Help Center to take advantage of this.
What a coincidence!! Haha, Literally a few hours ago, I was searching to know if drift have a Help Center just like Intercom. But I couldn't find anything. And now, when I opened Product Hunt, here it is! Lol.
Thank you Drift Team. You made my day.
Definitely recommend this product to try out on your companies website. From conversational marketing, to conversational selling, to conversational helping.
Pros:
Completely free, and the bot routes visitors to the right help article
@drift@d_j_murphy@davegerhardt, Your product is crazy. Congratulations. Couple of thoughts if you are doing B2B sales :
a) Target SAAS companies who have recently raised funds. They will be willing to spend money on a tool which can help them build their pipeline.
b) Target companies who are hiring for "customer success" because if a company is spending money on this vertical, they will be willing to invest in a tool like yours.
c) Target SAAS companies who are hiring for "email marketing:. Will be a right fit for you.
d) Target SAAS companies who are hiring for "sales".
@d_j_murphy@thiagoafram We have started to add ours in here. We have a lot of content not published live though so you will only see one section. But plenty in there if you want to see it http://swipii.drift.help/
@craigdaniel@robert_gillespie Thanks a lot for that! Can it be segmented so whoever's logged in as a user (say in wordpress) sees one thing, and regular visitors see other topics?
@frankopazo The help bot and lead bot offer separate functionality. The lead bot is based on playbooks which contain branching questions for qualification, and display based on parameters, query strings, audience types etc) whereas the help bot is just responding to help enquiries.
We have used this product for over a week now and love it. We needed a place to host our new products FAQ's and this came along at the ideal time. Ticked all the boxes for what we needed - a place to host our content, look professional and easy to use for both us and the user. Can't believe it is free!
Pros:
Free, Easy to use, Links to bot, Professional Design and Interface, Create Content Fast, Great for users searching
Robert since you are using the free version, from what I can see the BOT is not included in the free version, unless you are on a "Trial" of the Paid Version. Correct?
At Swipii we have been using the Drift Help Centre for over a week now and love it. We urgently needed somewhere to host our brand new products FAQ's and Support content and this came along at the ideal time. Ticked all the boxes for what we needed and solved a lot of potential problems. Provides us with a place to host our content, it looks professional with our branding on it, and it's easy to use for both us when it comes to creating content and the user searching for answers. Can't believe it is free! Highly recommend.
The Knowledgebase/FAQ space we found to be a strange niche. A few good offerings from companies such as Freshdesk and ZenDesk. Coupled with built-in ticket based systems, it made it all a bit heavy in our opinion. No-one seemed to have nailed it. For a quick, great looking knowledgebase system that even integrates with a bot, this looks impressive. Yet another great product from Drift, a fantastic company and a CEO always worth listening to in David Cancel.
