I Shipped My First SaaS. 🚀

The whole idea started at the beginning of this 2025, where I focused my energies on shipping iOS apps. 📱

But then I realised how many people on X were building on the web, using the latest tech-stack with Next.js. 🌐

I decided to give it a try.
I read docs, watched videos and made GPT my personal assistant for learning the technology. 🤖

So starting from almost 0, I decided to challenge myself and make my first SaaS using Next.js. 💪

So, two months ago just with knowing app-router in Next.js, I started building it.

My goal was to build a product for indie-devs and solopreneurs in the tech field that could give them time back—pre-made components and templates in Next.js, TailwindCSS and Motion with the most beautiful and modern looks of today. ✨

I studied the competitors and I saw packs like Tailwind UI or Aceternity look great, yet their price tags can make boot-strapped devs think twice. 💸

So I built my own, kept it affordable, and decided to share it.

After plenty of late-night ☕️ sessions and too much coffee, DP’s Templates is live:
- 40+ modern, animated components—hero sections, cards, buttons, pricing blocks, and more
- 4 full SaaS starters styled for today’s design trends
- Next.js + TailwindCSS + Framer Motion under the hood

I also learned the backend to connect Supabase and Stripe for handling users and payments. 🔗
- Supabase auth
- Stripe checkout ready
- Resend powering wait-list emails
- Google Search Console for indexing my website

On the way I picked up another new skill: buying my first domain and spent an afternoon wrestling DNS records—broke things twice before everything finally pointed where it should. 🤦‍♂️

But with dedication, now everything is packed well together.
