We do offer suggestions! More to do here, but here’s an example from just one JD:
AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT
No mention of health insurance
No mention of the company's time off policy
Not clear on industry-specific experience
No clarity on level of expertise expected
In terms of ATS integrations- Dover offers our own free ATS (Dover.com/ats). Our full suite of features and solutions also integrates with Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby.
Benchmarking against other JD’s is a great idea! We’d love to hear the PH community’s feedback and if there’s interest we can expand on it.
