@anvisha_pai It definitely changes from a combination of notion zapier, hubspot and a mesh of tools! It streamlines the process and makes it seamless so recruiters can finally focus on the main task, finding the right fit for the company. Right on Dover, yet another great product!
We've been working with Dover since the beginning and they've always put out killer products with an awesome customer facing team. They particularly design with Founders in mind. We've always had to use Lever for an ATS which is good but felt like overkill for what we needed... super excited to try this new product and really excited about the prospect of Dover becoming an all in one recruiting platform!

I’m a recruiting and systems nerd. I’ve seen a sneak park of Dover and although I’ve used very mature and startup centric Ats products I’m going to have a really hard time justifying those other systems in future companies and budgets when Dover is offering such a powerful and straight forward tool this is the heart/brains of any hiring operation.
I’ve actually used Dovers ATS and other functions and I can say they’re changing the game from a system AND budget perspective with quality at unbeatable cost! As for the ATS launch specifically, you can’t beat free when it’s this good out of the gate

I am an early startup founder with minimal funding $150K by angels. The VC process is taking a bit longer and we need to hire asap. I see this as like where brex is for banking, dover is for hiring. I also previously PMd at Capital One and oversaw my team grow from 2-8, this can definitely simplify the internal company reqs and hiring process. (capital one used workday)
@yasin_ehsan 100%, it should be easier to spin up a job and have everything you need to start recruiting. it should be simple and accessible -- we're lucky to make that happen!
@yasin_ehsan I agree - an ATS is recruiting infrastructure! No team should have to recruit without an ATS. Recruiting isn’t rocket science but needs solid organization and process - which is significantly easier with an ATS.

We believe anyone should be able to run a high performing process, not limited to those who've done it 1000 times before. Dover makes it seamless.

But on the GTM side, it's been figuring out the right messaging to highlight the most relevant value prop of the many that the ATS solves for.
