Sounds great and looking forward to trying it. I've been happyishly using @PandaDoc to do signatures, fill in PDF forms, etc. Is this a worthy substitute?
Kenny Su
@sree There is still something different, but definitely worth to give it a try!
Zoé Buchanan
@sree PandaDoc is good, but DottedSign will give you a surprise with a smooth signing experience for both your customers and you. You can have a free trial on our landing page before purchasing anything.

@kenny_su @zoe_buchanan Congrats guys, DottedSign looks quite simple and intuitive - a must-have for e-signature solution. How about an interview about it at StartupRadius.com? Send me an email to Paul(at)StartupRadius.com if interested!

Hey ProductHunters! 👋😻I'm thrilled to be hunting DottedSign today — a new e-signatures app which streamlines the process of managing and signing documents across web and mobile. Kudos to the makers + passing on the baton to them 🎙
Zoé Buchanan

Will the audit trail eventually have more information? Mine says "app" or "online" under device. Will it someday have actual devices like MAC address, IMEI, or some other unique token?
Rosalyn Sharp
@jared_young1 I'm having the same issue. Our team wants more device specificity on the auditing. Is there a token or transaction ID that we can use for reports?
Buck Carson
I like how you can review the completed tasks and view them, without having to download them. It would be nice though to be able to download them all in bulk.
Zoé Buchanan
@buck_carson Well received! Thanks for the feedback.
Jane Collins
Is there a free trial of OTP over SMS possible? Can I check to see if it will work in my country?
Zoé Buchanan
@jane_collins @alfred_heath Please have a free trial of pro version here to try OTP over sms: https://www.dottedsign.com/pricing, basically the sms works in all countries. For the tutorial of this feature, please go to https://support.kdanmobile.com/h...

Congrats with the new release, Kdan! I’ve been using DottedSign for a couple of weeks now and excited about new features/updates. What’s next for DottedSign?
Zoé Buchanan
@deniel_fasco Thank you for the love for DottedSign! We're planning to roll out more features for teams and enterprises. Stay tuned!
Christopher Russell
I tried uploading a .jpg scan from desktop/online. It said only .PDF documents are supported. Is there image support coming soon?
Jeremy Park
@christopher_russell I like the avatar styling, but have you guys noticed that the top half of icons are all upset/grumpy looking? Why is this?
Zoé Buchanan
@christopher_russell Yes, it'll be supported in the near future.
Cassandra Bell
I have a question for Zoe Buchanan here - just curious what else do you have in your pipeline? I like DottedSign and hope to see it grow further.
Kenny Su
@cassandra_bell We will support templates, admin console, CRM integration in the following updates!
Helena Casey
@cassandra_bell @kenny_su Great! I do hope templates are implemented soon, and CRM integration doesn't sound too bad either.
Zoé Buchanan
@cassandra_bell @helena_casey More features for teams and enterprises will be a focus, as well as the anticipated templates for you to save your most-used document.
Peter Jennings
I wish there were templates! I like DottedSign, but not having templates kind of sucks.
Kenny Su
@peter_jennings1 Thanks Peter, we will support templates in the following updates.
Noel Smith
Nice! I use DottedSign pretty often at work, don’t really have any issues with it. Only thing is, it’d be nice to have save-able PDF forms to use for later, or for different clients. Is anything like this in the works?
Zoé Buchanan
@noel_smith Hi Noel, thanks for the love. The feature you mentioned is actually on our pipeline!
Matthew Knight
Always happy to see an update from Kdan! Nice job :) I really like the feature that allows me to monitor the signing progress, quite useful in many instances. Any chance the next update will feature automatic field recognition? That’d be really useful.
Zoé Buchanan
@matthew_knight2 Hi Matthew, thanks for loving DottedSign! The visual progress bar is a big highlight because it makes tracking the progress very easy. We're releasing more features, stay tuned.
Donald Richardson
@matthew_knight2 @zoe_buchanan I agree with Matthew Knight here, automatic field recognition would be great, it’s the one thing that I really miss not having.
Zoé Buchanan
@matthew_knight2 @donald_richardson We'll keep your feedback in mind! Thanks.
John Bryant
Congratulations on the update! I wanted to ask Kenny Su if the makers behind DottedSign are planning on making the two-factor authentication available for the free version? Now that'd be great )
George Sutton
@john_bryant Definitely, totally agree. I use the free version and would love to see the 2-factor authentication implemented.
Kenny Su
@john_bryant @george_sutton Glad that you guys love it, we support 2-factor authentication via Email for free version. you can see it in the settings.
Linda Neal
My account says Auto Reminder is off. Is it off per default? How come it's not on by default?
Margery Elliott
I have a question regarding how many people I can assign signing tasks to? I've had two people so far that had to sign a document, but is it actually unlimited? Thanks
Kenny Su
@margery_elliott our system can support 80+ people signing for one task currently!
Philippa McCarthy
@margery_elliott @kenny_su 80+ people! That's quite a high number, but no mention of it being unlimited. Wonder if that's actually a thing.
Zoé Buchanan
@margery_elliott @kenny_su @philippa_mccarthy For a free version, you can request signatures from a maximum of 3 people; for a pro version, there is no limit!
Christopher Tucker
I use the app on my iPhone 7, and really like the overall user-experience, it's actually enjoyable to use, so congrats on good UX. I kind of agree with what the other users have mentioned, though. Just the fact that the free version somewhat lacks in terms of features compared to the paid app, but that's why it's free, I guess.
Ethan Benson
@christopher_tucker2 Yeah, the UX is good overall. I do most of the work on my phone, so I like the simplicity and the ease of use. I also wish there were unlimited signers per document, not just two (on the free version)
Zoé Buchanan
@christopher_tucker2 @ethan_benson Definitely! The good UX and UI on mobile is one of our biggest advantage. Plus, you can assign the task to 3 signers per document for a free version :)
Ashley McBride
My question is - it’s not so clear how to be compliant with UETA or ESIGN, and which rules you are compliant under when sending out a signature. DottedSign works with UETA, but only when OTP is on, (premium version). Nowhere in the app is it mentioned For $4.99 though, it’s a good deal compared to more expensive Adobe and Docusign (both $10/mo for personal, and up to $40/mo for business).
Vlad Novoseletskiy
@ashley_mcbride there's a lot of legal precedent that signatures between business to individual will hold up in court, but anything required by the government is unlikely to be in the same class, and will probably always require their own state-determined security practices.
Mila Starlight
@ashley_mcbride @vlad_novoseletskiy legally speaking, the court precedent is an envelope you can operate inside of safely. You should keep yourself up to date on 2018-2019 cases if you use e-signatures. If you're trying to make an agreement that hasn't been challenged before, there's no guarantee it will be legally valid.

I found this upp at Producthunt. It is interesting idea. In video it looks very creativity and cool! Thanks makers! Thanks from forests and me)))
