Processing fee? = This covers the 2.9% + 30c credit card processing fee from Stripe or Paypal (this fee can be reduced for registered nonprofits), as well as the 0.89% platform fee . As a reminder, organizations only have to pay the platform fee once they reach $1k in donations for a month. Very nice service will have to try it out.

This is great, very easy to use for those who want to donate and for nonprofits. I also love that it supports ApplePay and Google Pay. And it's free before 1000$? Perfect.

One of the most actively evolving donation platform with state of art technologies. Excellent support team.

Donorbox used to work, and I would have given 5 out of 5. BUT over the last week they published a new version with the worst UX one could think of. 10 times more clicking to get to things, painful navigation (1/5 of the screen is where you can work on your campaign, 4/5 of the screen some random image of kids in Africa that just stay there. I reported this to their support team who shrugged this off.

Donorbox has been a huge help to our small nonprofit.

Pros:

Simple install, looks fantastic, low fees, recurring donations.Team at Donorbox is quick to respond and welcomes suggestions.

I set up a donor form on my client's website - a fairly painless process but the form itself has some quirks that I couldn't sort out, e.g., with a field for prepopulated amounts and a field for custom amounts the form will not enter a prepop amt - you still have to type it in. Anyhow, all went smoothly despite this until the client hit the Paypal interface where everything fell apart. To make a long story short Donorbox has nothing to do with Paypal and we decided to get rid of the form and went with another donor option. We couldn't opt for Stripe because we are India-based. Donorbox, in the end, was worthless for us despite the glowing reviews of how easy it is to use. It WAS easy to use but forget about getting any donations from it if you're operating out of India.

Do you have a CRM at the backend? I think I should just sign up and try the platform.

I can't believe how easy it is to accept donations.

It's time to replace a Paypal donation link I put on a site about 10 years ago.
