Hey Product Hunters! We’re incredibly excited to introduce Doji to the world. This product was started by a few product engineers and self-proclaimed “investment nerds” who wanted to make trading options more accessible for the everyday person. We believe that everyone should have equal access to the public markets. While technology has improved trading access through mobile and zero commissions, there's still a huge barrier for many who don't have the time or knowledge to actively invest. Beta tested Doji and wanted to chime in and say that this app is *chefs kiss*. It really does deliver on the promise of turning complex option trading into dead-simple bets. Now I don't plan on making Doji a core part of my investment strategy, but it's fun to occasionally put your money behind your belief in the way a particular company will go in the short term.

@johnzach02 Thanks Zach! Exactly it's a way to put your money behind a short term belief, we don't intend to replace your long term portfolio. A lot of our users like to put on a quick trade to pay for their lunch / daily coffee!

We spent years trying to learn the various strategies and mechanics around options trading only to realize that what matters, like in all forms of investing, is your perspective and insight -- which we feel a lot of people have. So we started to think about how we could simplify the experience and lower the barrier to entry for people that had really great insights but didn't have the time to dive deep into options.

This app makes trading the market so damn easy. The max gain, max loss, price to win, etc are all listed out in plain english. Instead of learning how to trade with some clunky tool, Doji makes it dead simple, so I can focus on what's actually happening in the market and make smarter trades. This is how modern stock trading should look like.
