It's remarkable how quickly DJI is advancing drone tech. At this rate they'll release a wallet-sized drone with 4K video and an hour-long flight battery next year.

@rrhoover Absolutely! part of me wants to run out and buy one, another part thinks if I wait until I have a decent reason to use one, It'll be a significantly better version by then.

Other than the range issues because of Wifi. Everything else on this drone is more than amazing!

Pros:

Small size

4K Video

Insane Stabilization

Cons:

Uses Wifi for Transmission

This is amazing tech. Like Ryan said, a huge advance forward in drone tech in less than a year.

I returned two Mavics Pro due to digital video wobbling defect last year. I hope this one is better.

Looks awesome, the only pity is that it is 130gr heavier than required weight for not having a license to fly that.

@ghego20 even the Spark is over 300gr (even if some retailers sell kits to decrease its weight https://www.dronezine.it/46049/a...). let's see if they can do some magic with the Mavic Air 🔮

Exactly what I've been waiting for - fills all the gaps that the Spark just fell short on. Out of all the DJI products, this quiz confirms the Mavic Air is the one for me - http://drone.ButWhichOne.com/
