Thanks for posting :) We created value nominations after talking to our customers and realizing the nominations process was flawed and tedious for HR managers; from managing excel spreadsheets, email follow-ups, google forms, etc. All you have to do with Disco’s Value nominations is enable them and let Disco do the heavy lifting and reporting.
Nomination is easy, appreciation instant, very helpful.
Pros:Tried it. It works, easy to use and fun. Displays useful stats.
