Loving the work you continue to do over at Digital Profile @danlewistech. When I was scaling my last business, recruitment was a real issue. It was so time consuming to find the right people (taking me away from the job of building/running the business), and yet it matters so much. And I totally get where you are coming from with keeping everyone in the loop (not just successful applicants). Thinking back, I know we always had concerns about how good we were at keeping people informed along the way.
