Hey @romanopravdic! Thanks for your question. You can add AI powered search to any app or website, regardless of business size. If you have customers or users who come to your website/app and have questions, we can help them find answers.

As an SMB you are not ready or willing to scale a support team. But you want to help your customers or users to get the answers they need in an instance.
We've started with AI Search. Think Search, where we summarize the results for you saving your customers/users the need to read through the articles one by one themselves.
We're investing heavily though in our ability to support users with more and more complicated situations. Not just 'how to' questions, but bugs, issues, returns, etc. But also helping users use your product and make decisions. e.g. compare these two products for me? Add a new user for me. Analyze this data for me. etc.

The fact that you can set this up in less than 10 minutes and ask anything about your company is so cool. I ended up signing up and provided the documentation link from support.zerodha.com to answer my trading-related questions!

On the data piece, we've built our own knowledge graph to be able to handle generic information. We knew this would be a foundational piece to serve businesses, given how wide the different contexts.
On the industry piece, we've found that are models are able to handle most different industry needs fairly well. When it doesn't, we have supporting workflows making it easy for the knowledge to be added automatically (90% automatically).
Man this is so simple to provide answers to our customers - good going DevRev!
