Is there a free trial available? Also wondering if you can tie multiple pages together
Sergey Shmidt
@ethangromet There is no trial, but you have 20 days to get your money back if the product doesn't work for you. And yes, add as many pages as you want on your website. We do not limit you on that whatsoever.

Used it to make my site's company and gonna use this new version to make a refresh of the site. As a web developer you find yourself too busy doing sites for others and forget about doing your own site, slides got us covered. Worth every penny! 🤘

Pros:

Super fast static site development.

Cons:

No cons, really.. latest update killed any cons.

Ishan Karayev
Luis, could you please share your website? I believe it must be amazing. Makers, you did a great job! Thanks
Andrian Valeanu
@ishan_karayev Hey! Here is a collection of websites created using Slides https://designmodo.com/examples-...
Luis G.
@ishan_karayev Sure! https//impr.es , we are on our way to update it with some of the v4 awesomeness. We also have plans on making it multi-language on the upcoming months as we are from Spain but we work with people from all over the world.

I rather become a hig knowledgeable html, css, JavaScript “coder” than pay $199 for just one project. I won’t ever fall for a proposal like that.
Michael Girg

I use it for my clients adn I like the clean code and beautiful anaimations.

Pros:

Easy to use

No dependence from online builders

Lifetime websites

Unlimited websites

Easy to integrate to CMS's if you are a backender

Cons:

Basic coding knowledges

Dronca Raul
Awesome product! ✌️

First thing that came to mind was wix. Then I visit the site and seriously, just wow. I have been involved in software development since the late 90's. And this, this, this is what website front end development should work like. $250 a year? If you are a web front end developer and are not yet shouting at these guys to take your money, you are losing out on tons of profits. Here is hoping you guys reach the top most tier in client acquisition. Nice.

It has really helped me in a couple of crunch situations to put out something that looks spectacular on all devices...

Pros:

Love the simplicity of Slides. Super simple to put a website together in minutes.

Cons:

Need more menu options on the site you build

Good job :)

This seems perfect. 250 $ per year for unlimited projects. I like the simple pricing.

This is an awesome tool

This helps a lot for someone who only has basic knowledge about coding (yeah it's me -- after learning html/css/js for some time I still struggling to build a form haha). Gonna try this in my next coding class!

ps. the company I am interning is also on product hunt today! It will be great if you can also check @jobalaya out

Sergey Shmidt
@evelynyu The whole forms part is the most hardest thing of the HTML, probably. Will check, thanks :)

I know Slides 3 was awesome! Diving in to see what’s new:)
Daan Scholten
Nicely done. Very impressive work. Is it also available for Wordpress as a plugin?
Sergey Shmidt
@daanscholten Soon. Working on it...
Raphaël Chabaud
Very nice visually but I feel the transition between 2 slides (what would be 2 blocks in a website) is slow and sluggish compared to a "classic" website where the scrolling is more fluid and without heavy animation between content blocks.
Raphaël Chabaud
no reaction to that @monstercritic1 ?
Sergey Shmidt
@raphchabaud Hey, sorry, missed that somehow. The smoothness of the transitions depends on the device it is run on. Not the browser per se nor the OS, but the actual machine. And for unknown yet reasons, newest MacBooks render it worse than old laptops and iMacs. Our users also have an option to dial down the effects within the generator to make sure it appears smooth for everyone. Just FYI, on our presentation we also decided to remove some effects that look poor on some laptops, before it was like this by default: https://designmodo.com/slides/?r... My not new non-retina iMac easily display the website and all effects 60fps with a lot of tabs and apps opened at the same time. Sadly, it's not the case for MBPro. Think twice before getting a retina display, guys...

Designmodo deserves all success that comes their way. Many incredible resources. We've built our most recent site using Startup Framework

@jacob_rezi Thanks Jacob
