Really enjoyed the humour in the video you used to showcase the product!
The only concern I have is around the quality of the data the product ingests (as we know AI is only as good as the data it has). Have you seen June.so?
@courtnemarland That's an entirely valid concern. We realized early on that noise was going to be a problem so we decided to build a classifying model based on metadata to help us be more prudent in our insights. Additionally, we incorporate user input to further help guide the insights we generate. Haven't checked out june before but seems like they are doing some cool stuff too!
Looks cool! There're a few pages in the interactive prototype that are blank but the screen appears later on. Having detailed analysis of user behavior and stats are really useful for planning future roadmaps in product teams. Congrats on the launch!
Congratulations on the launch! Is there any way to block some parts of the app from being recorded/tracked? It would be nice to see that to improve user's privacy (e.g., to not record private card data or messages, etc.).
@semanser Thanks for the support! We currently mask all user inputs for passwords automatically, but definitely want to include more privacy features in the future.
Depth sounds like a powerful tool for product teams. How customizable are the reports and insights that Depth provides? Can it integrate with existing analytics tools we might already be using?
Congrats on the launch, Shehbaj!
@kyrylosilin Thanks for the support! We allow users to adjust the classification algorithm to focus insights on specific parts of their website (e.g., the pricing page). We're open to building more features based on user feedback.
I'd love to discuss your use case and see how Depth can integrate with your current tools. Feel free to book sometime with us or reaching out here https://x.com/_srirag
"Is 'Depth' the best name? It describes what it does, but is it catchy? Also, the description is clear, but can we shorten it? Maybe something like 'See how users navigate your app. Make data-driven updates. Fast'?"
