Our team spent a majority of this past year in deep conversations with our customers to learn what was, and wasn't, working with their current survey solutions. We've distilled all those great conversations into the product we're launching today. Congrats to the whole Delighted team in designing a really clean, straightforward way to build a survey. My favorite feature so far is the built-in collaboration experience. I've previously built surveys where I had to start with a Google Doc to share the proposed questions with my team, and then copy-pasted the final questions into the survey tool. No more...I can now do this directly in Delighted and quickly share the survey design and results with my team!
