Deallab is an all-in-one platform for B2B sales reps to better organize and customize sales cycles and collaborate with buyers to create processes that work for both sides while cutting timelines and streamlining deals.
Hey ProductHunters!
My name is Nick and I am the founder of Deallab.io. Previously, my career was in large scale and highly technical B2B SaaS sales where I consistently came across a variety of issues and inefficiencies in managing these forms of sales cycles. Having to manage and coordinate my internal teams across various departments, while also having to align with prospects and their extended teams was always a pain so I decided to build a tool that would help alleviate the headache of repeated organization and communication across various teams and have everyone aligned on what needs to happen. Deallab increases the transparency between buyers and sellers and allows everyone to collaborate to achieve the common goal of closing the deal quickly and implementing a solution that would solve the client's needs.
Some value propositions that this early version of the tool aims to address:
1. A single source of truth for what has and needs to happen in order to move evaluations forward (gives management better insight into what is happening in deals for forecasting and gives prospects transparency into how to get the deal done to then solve their business problems).
2. Helping to reduce buyer efforts in evaluations by organizing company and solution information and content in one area and in a way that represents your business in the most accurate way. Buyers then don't need to invest the time in doing so for their internal conversations.
3. Easily looping in and updating other stakeholders in evaluation progress and outcomes. Making it easy for your champion to sell your solution internally by adding their stakeholders to the deal rooms.
4. Qualification of prospects and deals. By tracking the engagement of prospects, reps are able to understand how real these deals are and how to readjust strategies.
5. Keeping internal and external teams accountable for executing tasks. By using mutual action plans and assigning tasks to members, team members are more inclined to execute on the agreed deadlines.
6. Organization of communication and q&a to avoid multiple and disjointed email threads. Having one easy place to ask questions and have the relevant team members answer quickly.
I look forward to your feedback, but specifically:
- What are the main areas of this product that I should focus on?
- What are some reasons you wouldn't use the product today?
- What ways can I make this product more valuable to sellers? To buyers?
Any and all advice that can help me improve the product is greatly appreciated so I can learn and iterate to build something of value to the community! My mission is to make all sellers the best that they can be and to help all buyers have the smoothest buying experience possible so they can quickly solve their problems and tackle the next task.
Thank you so much for taking the time to checkout the platform and I encourage you to sign up on deallab.io and try it out!
Best,
Nick
