its very nice but usability would be greatly improved if minutes and hours wouldn't be separated by a click.

The iPod scroll wheel was such a fantastic and intuitive interface. It's always bothered me that it was discarded on the touch screen. Nice implementation!

People still use jQuery?

The iOS time scoller is much easier to use, IMO - finger doesn't cover input, can seamlessly switch between minutes and hours.
