We offer numerous sources like Play Store, App Store, Zendesk & many many more on the way. In case you've a highly specialized data source you can upload a CSV file with your feedback data as well.
As for the accuracy, we've done months of research to ensure little to no hallucination, thanks to the approach we developed called Hierarchical Depth Search Retrieval that allows you to dig deeper on topics and avoid anything that isn't in the data.
Also we make use of agentic strategies to plan and retrieve some of the most relevant data points so you can be confident in making your decisions with some of the most comprehensive and relevant insights generated by Cynthia.

Cynthia AI can analyze your user reviews, support tickets, your social media interaction although not app usage logs unless it is in natural language.
We have fine-tuned some of the most powerful models on specialized dataset to have the highest level accuracy and even to teach model to focus while ignoring irrelevant pieces of data. You can be rest assured that the insights developed will be relevant and actionable!
