together with @lukmyslinski, we're building CVtoBlind, and we're super excited to join the PH community! 👋
Our current goal is to build the #1 product for automatically converting CVs into blind CVs.
In the long term, we want to challenge the status quo in the CV/Blind CV market.
We will share more on that in the upcoming months.

We're now in Beta. Our first users confirmed that our solution solves their problems, helping us understand what we must focus on to improve the product in the upcoming weeks.

Very cool tool! I think this is AI-powered behind the scenes but there is no mention of AI in the landing, which makes it more impressive! Maybe I'm wrong but, still cool nevertheless!
Hey @charlestehio, you're absolutely right! Our data processing leverages LLMs (e.g. auto-generated profile summary). We see more and more use cases where AI/ML can be applied in our app and we will test some of these ideas in the upcoming weeks (e.g. translations). 😉

yes, blind CV is a jargon name in the HR/Staffing industries for an anonymized CV, so by definition, it does not include personal information.
Not sure, how many companies hire blindly, as it's not our market. We are building the app mainly for outsourcing/staffing companies and HR agencies because blind CVs are a popular way for these companies to communicate with their clients (for many reasons).
We wanted to build it for these companies because their HR/Sales teams spend a lot of time preparing blind CVs. You must manually copy-paste everything from a CV to your company's template, which takes a lot of time, and many people really don't like it - they call it the 'nightmare of HR people' 😅.
Our goal is to automate this task and speed it up so people can focus on more valuable staff.

@tomek_g Right!!! all the job forms you have to fill out. But your solution only works for blind forms, or normal forms as well? I need this for VC forms btw 😅

Our solution can be used in both cases. It extracts all the data from the CVs, so you can decide what scope of information you would like to use in your scenario and how it should be structured/presented in the final output. You can use our app or API to do it.
