We've been using Crisp.im at CleverHost for a few months now. It has easily been the best solution we've tried out of at least 10 others. @baptistejamin congrats on the version release. Hey I haven't been able to navigate your website to find the details fo the CRM/Users features. I'm a long time Intercom user but my SaaS platform is small and Intercom pricing is killing me a bit so am looking for a viable alternative for inapp automated messages from events and tagging as my users interact with my app. We also use Intercom for onboarding users both with email and inapp messages. @baptistejamin a quick check because I couldn't find it in crisp settings...if no agent is available online and a user drops a note, can we get their email only in this case? we don't want to force them to give email when we are online and chatting...however only when there's a delay in reply or we are offline, there should be a way to get their email

But this is more inviting to visitors, will be switching to this. Thanks for making a choice for this easy, great service.
Really liked the idea & I would love to try you, guy, but you don't have Segment integration which is critical for us :( Can't imagine switching to you without this.

@stephenalan it's a bullshit tagline that imho the company shouldn't make, but users should decide. No product can self claim to be the "most modern" or "best designed".
@_jacksmith I understand your frustration. But, it's business. BS claims are made on a regular basis. It's the user's connection to it that counts, who usually won't care if the claim is unquantifiable or even substantiated. It's marketing. Let's face it. The greatest marketers make some of the most audacious claims.
