We believe the days of approaching product creation as list of tasks, id's and resources are coming to an end. Craft is bringing ideation, content creation and collaboration to a single place for the entire creation lifecycle.
@sam_cholera up to you, some of our clients throw all their portfolio in a single product, some split it. a logical split would look something like: Dashboard, Mobile, Web etc. - if you are using the Jira's of the world, a Craft product would be a Jira project. hope this makes sense.
This product is truly the best. Everything I want now is that you guys need increase icon and font size. I wrote a feedback about it some months ago. It's really hard to read.
We currently use GitHub/ZenHub for managing our dev cycles (which rocks), but is lacking when it comes to the part of the process that's more visible to non-technical stakeholders and managing product/design work. Think it could be great to that esp if the output could go right into GitHub.
How do you envision the GitHub integration working?
@philipljohnson We have a 2 way sync with GitHub which basically pushes all your work as issues to GitHub, syncs back any changes and allows you to see pull requests and other events on the user story / item level in Craft.
This looks great. You seem to have balanced the complexities of product management with an interface that doesn't overwhelm. Looking forward to trying it on a live project.
Hi all, Craft is made for a product driven world. we believe the days of approaching product creation as list of tasks, id's and resources are coming to an end. Craft is bringing ideation, content creation and collaboration to a single place for the entire creation lifecycle. happy to answer any questions you may have, Nir.
@nirerlich Just tried your app, Truly like its interface and It looks very useful as it provides more than just roadmaps , We are developers of @mockflowapp and I believe it would be beneficial for your customers if a UI mockup tool is integrated within it. Let us know if there is any API available for in-app integration.
Product is really good right from the strategy defining and execution!! really liked the UI part!! Right now experimenting with it and so far comfortable with it!! Thanks for such product for PMs
@barnabybones We've made some significant progress since launched about a year ago with many changes. since we are releasing new versions on a continues basis there is no official "2.0" version rather a significant overall product change since our initial launch. hope this makes sense
@joshtodd Craft is very modular in how you choose to use it, the short answer is yes, we replace the entire Atlassian offering (Jira / Confluence / Portfolio etc.). Having said that, many of our clients use us in conjunction with other tools, hence our ongoing investment in seamless, two way integrations with Jira, TFS, Pivotal Tracker, GitHub and others.
@jenchoi Hi Jen, yes there is. from the top right header menu select share and then roadmap, you'll get a permanent link which will lead to your up to date roadmap. the link is for a read only view, you can protect it with a password and revoke its access at any time.
@brandonelwood Thanks Brandon. Trello is a (great) workflow management tool. workflows are a single part of how you create and iterate products - ideation, feedback collection, brainstorming (user story maps) contextual and visual definition, roadmap planning, collaboration and many other parts are needed to successfully build products people want. Craft enables all that power to the entire organization while putting the product manager in the driver's seat.
